Return Policy
Can I return my order?
Yes, you can. If you're not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days of receiving it.
To be eligible for a return, your order must meet the following conditions:
• The item must be complete, with all original parts and packaging intact.
• The product must have been handled under normal conditions, damages caused by improper or careless use will not be accepted.
• Items where hygiene is important must be thoroughly cleaned before returning.
• The product must have been defective upon arrival.
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Returns will be processed within 7 business days after we receive the returned item. If the conditions are met, your return will be approved within this time.
How do I return my order?
If your order meets the above requirements, please follow these steps to start the return process:
Send an email to: support@oliviasboutique-houston.com
Make sure your email includes the following information:
• Order number
• Reason for return
• Photo of the item (if damaged)
• Customer’s full name
• Customer’s address
Once we receive your email, we will send you the return instructions and the correct return address.
Please do not send the package to the sender’s address, we will provide the correct return location in US after receiving your request.
Important: We reserve the right to reject returned products if we suspect they have been used or damaged beyond our responsibility.
Note: All returns must be shipped to our central warehouse in China, at the customer’s expense.
